One of the best methods to understand this issue is to view it live.
The footer on the homepage looks great at www.fishingreports.com.
However, there seems to be a problem with the footer at www.fishingreports.com/users/register.
Whenever I copy the code from /users/register to another page like www.fishingreports.com/texas/lake-texoma, the footer goes haywire. It appears that I am overlooking something crucial that is causing the rest of the page to go out of line.
An interesting observation is that when there is additional content on the page, the footer behaves properly. However, when the form is near the end of the page, the footer messes up. A comparison between these two pages can be seen here:
