Issue with Dropup Menu not displaying on Safari 6

Experience a unique display when visiting the following URL in popular browsers such as FF, Chrome, and Opera- watch as the menu gracefully slides out while a red dropup menu appears at the bottom:

A peculiar situation unfolds when viewing this page on Safari 6 - the menu mysteriously disappears. This unexpected behavior has me puzzled. Removing the menu from the slide-out div and placing it separately below resolves the issue across all browsers. Both the slide out effect and drop-up menu are created using jQuery.

If you're having trouble with the positioning of your #nav element in Safari, consider switching from using position: fixed to position: absolute. This change will make the element rely on its parent for positioning and should fix any issues you may be experiencing.
