Is there a way to show the keyboard on Chrome for Android without displaying the address bar?

One of the key features of Chrome on Android is that the address bar disappears when scrolling, allowing for more screen space. However, when you click on a text input field and the keyboard pops up, the address bar reappears.

It seems like Google intentionally designed it this way, but the reasoning behind this decision is not clear. If anyone has any insights into why this behavior exists, I would love to hear them.

Nevertheless, the question remains: can this behavior be modified?

Thank you.

When using an input field to enter sensitive information like your password or personal data, it's important to always check the address bar to confirm that you are on a legitimate site and not a fraudulent copy. While I haven't independently verified this, it seems like a logical precaution to take.
