Is there a way to prevent the second ul from appearing?

Seeking assistance with navigation. When clicking on the "Athletics" tab in the provided link, the second ul displays. Is there a method to hide this second ul and have it only appear upon hovering?

Answer №1

To make a necessary adjustment in your main.css file, update the CSS code as follows:

.dropdown:hover ul {
    display: block;
}

Modify it to look like this:

.dropdown:hover > ul {
    display: block;
}

The reason you are currently displaying all UL elements on hover is because the selector used is not specific enough to target only the first level child ULs. By using the > (child) selector, you can achieve the desired result of showing only the first level child ULs.

I hope this helps!
