Is there a way to modify the style value within AngularJS?

<div class="meter">
  <span style="width: 13%"></span>
</div>

I have the following HTML code snippet. I am looking to update the width value using AngularJS. Does anyone have a solution for this issue?

Answer №1

If you want to dynamically change the width of an element, you can achieve this using ng-style

<button type="button" ng-click="updateWidth()">set width</button>
<span ng-style="customStyle">Sample Text</span>

You can update the width of the span element dynamically by defining a function in your Angular controller like so:

$scope.updateWidth = function() {
    $scope.customStyle = {width: '20px'};
}

For more information on ng-style, you can refer to the official documentation here
