Is my page not displaying correctly due to compatibility view?

My client "jordanzad.com" has a website where the main page design appears broken when viewed in compatibility view. Can you help fix this issue?

Answer №1

Indeed, to ensure IE8 mode is enforced, insert the following code snippet within your <head></head>

<META HTTP-EQUIV="X-UA-Compatible" CONTENT="IE=100" /> <!-- IE8 mode -->

Alternatively, you can experiment with adjustments for I87 compatibility CSS styles in order to achieve desired results. Personally, I prefer sticking to IE8 mode over compatibility mode.
