If you want to modify how a webpage looks in your browser, you can easily do this using the Safari Developer Tools. Simply go to Develop > Show Web Inspector.
To enable the Develop menu, go to Safari > Preferences > Advanced and check the box that says ‘Show Develop menu in menu bar’.
Keep in mind that while you can change how the webpage appears in your browser using these tools, you are not actually editing the original file.
