In the realm of 'Live Sass Compiler', there exist two distinct options. The first, referred to as the original version, has garnered over 2 million downloads but has not been updated since 2018. On the other hand, the newer iteration boasts 80 thousand downloads and offers support for all the latest features. Opting for the newest version may prove to be advantageous in your endeavors.
Be sure to review the configuration file for the sass live compiler, where you can specify which file types to compile and select the destination path for your css file. The compiler will automatically generate the css file for you.
