How to keep Drop-Shadow visible on Blogger Emporio theme homepage snippets

My website, , is built on the Blogger Emporio theme with a custom domain.

Currently, on the desktop or laptop view of the homepage, snippets highlight with a drop-shadow when the cursor is hovered over them.

I am looking for a way to make this drop-shadow permanently visible on all snippets, regardless of cursor interaction. Ideally, I would also like this effect to be visible on mobile devices.

One issue I am facing is that the snippet image slightly dims when the drop-shadow is displayed. I want to find a solution to keep the snippet image at full brightness while still showing the drop-shadow effect.

I would appreciate any guidance from an expert on how to achieve these modifications on my website.
