How come my DHTML navigation bar is displaying incorrectly in Internet Explorer 7?

This particular issue has me completely baffled. Normally I can navigate through most IE7 CSS bugs with some clever adjustments here and there, but this one has really stumped me!

Take a look at the example page in IE7 and you'll notice that when hovering over the (vertical) drop down menu on the left side of the page, the sub menu opens up way off to the right. I've tried everything and still can't figure it out!

In case it helps, the menu was created using 'Sothink DHTML Menu 9'

Any advice or solutions would be greatly appreciated as always.
