Hover content appears within overlapping table borders

Currently experiencing a problem where table borders are overlapping my tooltips, but this issue only occurs in the latest version of Chrome (Version 91.0.4472.77 (Official Build) (arm64)). For instance:

It was necessary to place the SVG within a div container:
