Getting rid of a particular jQuery animation

I have been searching all over the site, but my limited knowledge prevented me from finding the right solution. I've been working on my website and had previously used a different theme.

I have made several changes and am quite happy with it overall.

However, there is an effect that I believe is caused by jQuery which sometimes disrupts my design. I want to remove this effect but have been unable to figure out how. The issue is that when you hover over certain links and buttons, they enlarge and zoom in.

For example, please take a look at

If you hover over the "Giriş Yap" (log in) link on the left sidebar, you will see the image getting larger. I really need to get rid of this as it's causing issues on other pages for me.

Please assist me in locating where the jQuery code is hiding.

Answer №1

The button's animation is achieved through the use of CSS3 transforms.

To disable the effect, simply delete the following lines from the button's CSS:

-webkit-transform: scale(1.1);
-webkit-transition-timing-function: ease-out;
-webkit-transition-duration: 500ms;
