fixed-pixel vertical scrollbar

Currently, I am facing an issue with the width of my HTML body set to 1600px. Ideally, I would like the vertical scroll bar to appear only up to 900px. However, when I zoom in on images that are 900px in size, it scales but also triggers the appearance of a vertical scrollbar exceeding the 900px limit.

Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.
