Exploring Bootstrap 4's Effects on the Heights of Various Elements

I find it difficult to explain what I want, so I created a mockup https://i.sstatic.net/2WHA7.png

How can I achieve this layout using bootstrap 4? The goal is to have the four elements on the right always be equal in height (except on mobile) like the element on the left (image). Can anyone help with this? Here is the current markup.

<html lang="en">

        <div class="col col-md-8"><img src="http://placehold.it/700x300/ccc/333.png?text=placeholder" alt=""></div>
        <div class="col col-md-4">

If you want to take advantage of Bootstrap 4's latest features, look into using the new flexbox utility classes. Start by applying the d-flex class for display:flex, and then use flex-column to define a flex-direction: column layout.

<div class="container">
    <section class="hero">
        <div class="row">
            <div class="col col-md-8"><img src="" alt=""></div>
            <div class="col col-md-4 d-flex flex-column">
                <div class="contentMy h-100">somthing</div>
                <div class="contentMy h-100">somthing</div>
                <div class="contentMy h-100">somthing</div>
                <div class="contentMy h-100">somthing</div>
            </div>
        </div>
    </section>
</div>
