Expanding the content to fit the text alignment

I have implemented text justification on a block of content. Here is a link to view the text:

Click here

Upon closer inspection, you may notice that within the text block, some words are stretched out to fill the space but this causes an abnormal spacing between the words. It looks incorrect as the spacing appears larger than it should be by default.

How can I fix this unusual spacing issue?

Answer №1

p.verbiage {
    text-align: left;
}

as opposed to

text-align: justify

justify aligns the text on both sides by adding additional space between words.

Answer №2

To avoid awkward spaces between words, you must accept a ragged right or left margin when using full justification. You can achieve this by applying text-align: left, text-align:right, or text-align: center.
