Expanding Overlays on Mobile Devices

In mobile view, I am looking to make the overlay expand to cover all the content, which consists of 4 rows with 2 cells per row totaling 7 cells. The last row only has one cell.

The code I have written works well on desktop view but my need is to have the overlay cover all content in mobile view. Check out this image for reference.

Answer №1

When designing for smaller screens, such as mobile phones, it's ideal to display the content in 4 rows with 2 boxes in each row. The final row should consist of only 1 box that spans the entire width.

To achieve this layout, adjustments to the styling based on screen size are necessary. On smaller screens, the boxes should be stacked on top of each other, featuring 2 boxes per row, except for the last row which will contain a single wide box.

If you would like to learn more about this layout, please feel free to share your code with us.
