Eliminating bottom section in HTML/CSS

I've got this code snippet:

new WOW().init();

});

If you execute the code and open it on a new page, there is a different background towards the end of the page that you'd like to merge with the dark background you have. To extend the dark background to cover the full page, you can remove the blueish background near the end of the page.

Answer №1

Adjusting the overflow-y property of the body to scroll allows for a fixed background to still be used.

new WOW().init();

/* AUTHOR LINK */
$('.about-me-img img, .authorWindowWrapper').hover(function() {
  $('.authorWindowWrapper').stop().fadeIn('fast').find('p').addClass('trans');
}, function() {
  //$('.authorWindowWrapper').stop().css('display', 'none').find('p').removeClass('trans');
});
