I believe this customization can be achieved using CSS or Javascript.

It may be achievable unless cloudflare employs an iframe - which I am uncertain you can customize. To customize it, launch your browser's development tools and locate the div or element that has the associated style. Then, obtain the class or id name and apply CSS to style it accordingly.
