I am having an issue with the behavior of my form when inserting multiple tags. I want it to function like the one on this particular website where a scroll bar appears and a new line is created. Is there a way to keep everything on the same row?

One issue is that the height is specified, causing the <div />
to maintain its height and trigger a scrollbar.
To fix this in the CSS, remove the height property for the .taginput class:
div.tagsinput {
border: 1px solid #CCC;
background: #FFF;
padding: 5px;
width: 300px;
/*height:100px;*/
overflow-y:auto;
}
The plugin defaults to a height of 100px, so you need to adjust the option during initialization:
$('#tagbox_a_1').tagsInput({ height: 'auto' });
