Creating a connection between a secondary jQuery anything slider and a distinct CSS style on a webpage

My goal is to apply unique styling to each slider.

Despite my efforts, I am encountering difficulties in calling upon a second style sheet without it completely overriding the first one. The website URL that I am referencing is:

Answer №1

Assign a unique id to one slider and refer to it in your CSS:

For example, surround the first slider with a

<div id="top">...</div>
tag. Then you can use

#top div.anythingSlider .anythingControls ul a {
  background: url("../images/someotherimage.png");
}

This will allow you to customize the images and styles for the first slider only, overriding the default settings.
