Create a visual layout showcasing a unique combination of images and text using div elements in

I created a div table with 3 images and text for each row, but I'm struggling to make all the text-containing divs uniform in size. How can I achieve this? Also, I need to center this table on the screen, and currently using padding to do so. Is there a more efficient method available?

Answer №1

ensure uniform size for all text-containing divs

assign a class to the divs with text content and define height and width using CSS:

HTML:

<div class="textDiv">texttexttext</div>

CSS:

.textDiv {height: 150px; width: 150px;}

center this table on the screen

establish a container for your divs (assuming you already have one) apply a class like so:

HTML: <div class="divContainer">

then set margin to auto and specify a width if necessary:

CSS:

.divContainer {margin: auto; width: 50%;}
