I recently created a set of bootstrap cards displayed like this:
<div class="card-deck">
<div class="card">
<img class="card-img-top" src=".." alt="Card image cap">
<div class="card-body">
<h5 class="card-title">Card title</h5>
<p class="card-text">This is a longer card with supporting text below as a natural lead-in to additional content. This content is a little bit longer.</p>
<p class="card-text"><small class="text-muted">Last updated 3 mins ago</small></p>
</div>
</div>
<div class="card">
<img class="card-img-top" src=".." alt="Card image cap">
<div class="card-body">
<h5 class="card-title">Card title</h5>
<p class="card-text">This is a longer card with supporting text below as a natural lead-in to additional content. This content is a little bit longer.</p>
<p class="card-text"><small class="text-muted">Last updated 3 mins ago</small></p>
</div>
</div>
<div class="card">
<img class="card-img-top" src=".." alt="Card image cap">
<div class="card-body">
<h5 class="card-title">Card title</h5>
<p class="card-text">This is a longer card with supporting text below as a natural lead-in to additional content. This content is a little bit longer.</p>
<p class="card-text"><small class="text-muted">Last updated 3 mins ago</small></p>
</div>
</div>
</div>
My issue is that the cards are not stacking in a uniform way when the screen size changes. I want them to always be the same size, even if some stack on top of each other. Essentially, I want them to adapt together without changing their individual sizes. Here's an example of what I mean: current result desired result example
My goal is to achieve a layout similar to the desired result (minus the card at the bottom right).
