Check out my code snippet:
style.css
.bg-cover{background-size:cover; background-position:center;}
.opacity-1{opacity:0.1;}
.border-3-solid{border-width:3px; border-color: solid;}
.black-border{border-color:#000;}
.full-width{width:100%;}
index.html
<div class="full-width bg-cover opacity-1 border-3-solid
black-border" style="background-image:url('imageurl.png')"></div>
Is using multiple classes for each element a potential issue in the long run? Should I focus on creating more general utility classes like these or define unique styles for individual elements to use fewer classes?
