Where should I put my script in order to fix the issue with my JSFiddle?

Every time I attempt to run it on my local machine, the numbers vanish and then reappear when I select the checkboxes, just as I intended. It seems like there might have been an issue with linking the external resource script. Can someone advise me on where exactly should I insert the link to the library?

I'm struggling with formatting the code in order to properly embed the fiddle, but you can visit j-s-f-iddle and append /codergirl789/k37jqj2c/2/

Answer №1

Your external script URL contained a double quote.

Here is the correct format:

I have made the necessary updates to a fiddle with the corrected URL:

http://jsfiddle.net/gregborbonus/k37jqj2c/4/

Additionally, if you need to load jQuery, simply click on the Javascript button (located at the top right of the javascript console with the gear icon next to it) and select the desired jQuery version under "Frameworks and Extensions".
