What is the best way to integrate a jquery plugin into the “page-scroll-effects-master” navigation menu?

My desire is for the plugin to feature a menu that allows users to easily insert the page into their hands.

In my attempts, I have used # to navigate through the sections.

The fame of jQuery's code lies in its accessibility and ease of adding menus.

Answer №1

window.onscroll = function() {scrollFunction()};

function scrollFunction() {
  if (document.body.scrollTop > 20 || document.documentElement.scrollTop > 20) {
    document.getElementById("myBtn").style.display = "block";
  } else {
    document.getElementById("myBtn").style.display = "none";
  }
}

// This function will smoothly scroll to the top of the page when the button is clicked
function topFunction() {
  document.body.scrollTop = 0;
  document.documentElement.scrollTop = 0;
}
