Having trouble applying color to ⚫ (⚫) in Firefox Quantum v60.1.0?
I manage a website that relies on this character being colored, but it no longer appears in color after upgrading to FF. However, it still displays correctly in IE11.

Consider using ⬤ or a similar symbol instead. The one you currently have listed is an Emoji. Another option would be to use a specific web font for this purpose.
