What is causing the property to overflow when the tooltip is positioned absolutely there?

While browsing, I stumbled upon this "TryIt" link: https://www.w3schools.com/css/tryit.asp?filename=trycss_tooltip

However, I found myself puzzled by... I understand the purpose of position:absolute;, but what confused me was why it wasn't displaying on the text itself or at least on the left side. Instead, the tooltip kept appearing on the bottom right corner of the text. Any insights on this?

The reason for this is that the div is placed within a container with specific dimensions. The positioning of the parent div is set to relative, which ensures that the absolute div remains contained within its boundaries.
