After reviewing the pagetop__link class, I noticed that in the "" file, where you have defined that class in the stylesheet, there is a selector that looks like this:
.pagetop__link:active::before {
background:rgba(255,255,255,0.9);
z-index:9999;
}
To fix the issue, simply remove the line
background:rgba(255,255,255,0.9);
.
To fix the issue, delete the line .pagetop__link::before {position: fixed}
