Ways to conceal the scroll bar upon the initial loading of a webpage

Recently, I created a single-page website consisting of 4 sections. The client has specific requirements that need to be fulfilled:

  1. The scrollbar should not be visible when the page loads.
  2. Once the user starts scrolling past the second section, the scrollbar should become visible.

To provide me with a clear idea of what they are looking for, my client shared a reference website:

I am now seeking guidance on how to implement these changes effectively. Can anyone assist me with this?

To prevent overflow, you can apply the CSS property `overflow:hidden;` to your body element. Use a JavaScript function to detect when the viewer scrolls down using the mouse or presses the page down button on the keyboard. Once this action is detected, remove the overflow attribute from the body element.
