Troubleshooting Problem with Navigation Buttons in React-Bootstrap

I am currently using a responsive navbar in React-Bootstrap. I would like to customize the color of the hamburger button or even completely change the button itself. How can I go about doing this?

<Navbar collapseOnSelect expand="lg" bg="dark" variant="dark">
  <Navbar.Brand href="#home">React-Bootstrap</Navbar.Brand>
  <Navbar.Toggle aria-controls="responsive-navbar-nav" />
  <Navbar.Collapse id="responsive-navbar-nav">
    <Nav>
      <Nav.Link href="#deets">More deets</Nav.Link>
      <Nav.Link eventKey={2} href="#memes">
        Dank memes
      </Nav.Link>
    </Nav>
  </Navbar.Collapse>
</Navbar>

If you want to customize the color of an element using CSS, you can easily do so by adjusting the stroke value. For example, to set the color to black, use stroke='rgba%280, 0, 0, 1%29':

.navbar-toggler-icon {
    background-image: url(data:image/svg+xml,%3csvg xmlns='http://www.w3.org/2000/svg' width='30' height='30' viewBox='0 0 30 30'%3e%3cpath stroke='rgba%280, 0, 0, 1%29' stroke-linecap='round' stroke-miterlimit='10' stroke-width='2' d='M4 7h22M4 15h22M4 23h22'/%3e%3c/svg%3e);
}
