The URL is functional in CodePen, but unfortunately does not seem to be working in JSFiddle

This code works perfectly on CodePen:

http://codepen.io/ekilja01/pen/pEXLNY

However, when tried on jsfiddle, the navigation bar is completely messed up. External resources are added on. What could be wrong? Any help would be appreciated!

    <link href='http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Lato&subset=latin,latin-ext' rel='stylesheet' type='text/css'>

... (The rest of the markup remains unchanged)

Answer №1

Check your external sources, the Bootstrap link you've implemented is for Bootstrap v2.3.2, whereas Codepen uses version 3.3.7

Answer №2

When using jsfiddle, it's important to adhere to strict protocol checks for external resources.

Avoid mixing http and https requests on the same page to prevent issues.

For security reasons, Firefox may block http requests if the page is loaded via https.
