When this particular character is put in italics, its appearance changes drastically...

Is this normal behavior?

Could it be related to a language that displays certain letters differently in italics?

Or is it a bug? If so, who should I report it to?

This display error is visible on Firefox and Chrome, but I haven't tested it on Safari, Edge, or Opera.
