Looking for a reliable tab script/code that is compatible with all browsers and won't cause conflicts with jQuery scripts. I am considering using something like this:

The tabs will include an image gallery script and a video player. Should I opt for something with Ajax support or would the pure CSS solution in the provided link suffice?
