Is there a way to fix the issue of the FancyBox plugin being blocked by some part of the HTML on the page when trying to load a Vimeo movie into a popup?

The z-index value of 99988 on your header is causing it to display at a very high level, overlapping the overlay which is set at the 8010th level [line 180 of jquery.fancybox.css]. Adjust it to a smaller value, like 1:

With this change, the video will no longer be obscured.
