Responsive Design: Concealing a Sidebar with CSS

Seeking assistance with optimizing the layout of my app, . It currently displays a menu on the left and a login form in the center, with a graph shown to users upon logging in. Is there a way to configure it so that when accessed on iOS:

1) the left menu is automatically hidden (as it does when the browser window is resized)

2) the login form expands to fit the screen size

Thank you for any insights!

Answer №2

To implement responsive design, utilize CSS media queries as shown below:

@media (max-width: 600px){
    #navigation {
        display: none;
    }
}

Answer №3

To conceal the sidebar on iOS, you can utilize media queries

For Instance:

@media (min-width: 768px) and (max-width: 979px) {
.sidebar{
display:block;
}
}
@media (min-width: 320px) and (max-width: 280px) {
.sidebar{
display:none;
}
}
