`Overlapping navigation against a backdrop of backstretch image`

Is there a way to make the navigation display in front of the background image? Currently, the navigation becomes un-clickable and is hidden behind the image once it loads.

Answer №1

To ensure the image is displayed behind all other page content, you should adjust its z-index property.

#background-image {
    z-index: -1;
}

Simply adding this rule to your CSS should resolve the issue.
