Seeking assistance with a Bootstrap navigation bar. When viewing the index file on my local computer, everything looks good. However, when I upload it, the background image disappears and the padding on the Bootstrap navbar overlaps with another navbar (CSS) that has a higher z-index.
I'm unable to identify the issue.

To achieve a sticky effect on your navigation bar, consider using the CSS property position: sticky; with the class .navbar-fixed-top. Keep in mind that this may result in an additional top bar appearing.
