The scrolling speed on the mobile version of my website, robertcable.me, seems to be sluggish.
Despite conducting thorough research, I have not been able to find a solution. I have attempted to address the issue by removing background-size: cover from my CSS and using overflow, but to no avail. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
My experience with viewing the site on my Nexus 6P was seamless. While I don't have any specific recommendations, here are a few things to keep in mind:
1) Be cautious of any JavaScript that runs during scrolling, as it can potentially slow down your site.
2) Some CSS properties, like box-shadow, may cause slowdowns as well.
Upon analyzing the scrolling performance using Chrome dev tools, it seems to be quite efficient. Additionally, there doesn't appear to be any JavaScript triggering during scroll events.
