Issue with jQuery Mobile footer not remaining fixed after dynamically adding a listview items

I am currently facing an issue with dynamically generating a list view on page load while also trying to set my footer as fixed. The problem arises when the listview is dynamically added.

Is there a solution for this particular situation?

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Start by turning off the $.mobile.autoInitializePage setting at the start of your code. Once you've dynamically created the DOM elements with the appropriate roles, trigger $.mobile.initializePage()
