Issue with JQuery: Logo only becomes visible after scrolling

Recently, I added a jQuery script to modify the header as we scroll on our website. Everything is functioning smoothly except for one issue - the large logo on the left side doesn't appear when visitors first land on the page; it only shows up after they start scrolling. Is there a way to make the logo visible right away upon visiting the site? Any suggestions on how to resolve this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Answer №1

The reason why your logo div needs to begin with the class "large" is because it initially has no specified class. Your scroll javascript appends a class when someone scrolls, but until then, your logo has no height or width.

<div id="logo" class="large"></div>
