Is it possible to reposition the vertical scrollbar to a location that is not on the left or right side?

Whenever I resize my modal on small screens, a horizontal scrollbar appears, causing the vertical scrollbar to disappear as it gets stuck on the right side. I am looking for a solution to keep the vertical scrollbar on the right side of the modal while scrolling horizontally to the right. You can see an illustration of this behavior below. I want the vertical scrollbar to remain on the right side while scrolling horizontally, rather than appearing only after completing the horizontal scroll.

Do you know of any way to achieve this? It seems that the scrollbar behaves differently on Windows devices compared to Mac devices, taking up more space.

If you want to add a personal touch to your webpage, consider tweaking the scrollbar using the guide at https://www.w3schools.com/howto/howto_css_custom_scrollbar.asp. However, changing its position might be a different story.

Alternatively, you can explore a javascript scrollbar plugin called simplebar, which could offer the customization you're looking for. Check it out at .
