Can I rely on testing it on the latest Safari for Windows to guarantee compatibility, even though I do not have a Mac OSX and am using Windows as my operating system?

Although I have had success using jQuery on my websites, I sometimes like to double-check by testing it on an iPhone simulator. If you're on a Windows system, give it a try:

For Mac users, Xcode's iPhone Simulator is a great option to test jQuery.
