I'm struggling to solve a straightforward jQuery sliding issue

I am struggling to make text slide from right to left on my website. I want the text to appear only when the page loads or refreshes, and then slide off when a link is clicked, revealing new text. Can anyone help me figure this out?

Answer №1

When aiming to create a seamless scrolling effect for text upon page load, consider utilizing

$(window).load

to trigger the scrolling animation for the text!

I trust this guidance will help steer you in the right path

Answer №2

Include the following code in your JavaScript file

$('.initial:hidden').animate({"left": "0"}, "slow");
