Having trouble with my intricate-box and grid layout - the images are all overlapping!

Could you please take a look at the image below and tell me what I might be doing incorrectly? When the page initially loads, pictures appear like this. However, if I refresh the page, the issue is resolved.

If I remove the script, everything displays correctly. But once the script is included again, it consistently produces the result shown in the picture upon the first load.

There are approximately three full-size images that are failing to load due to the capital .JPG extension in Chrome. By changing the file name extensions to lowercase .jpg, the issue can be resolved and the images will load correctly, allowing fancybox to calculate the correct heights.
