The image illustrates the issue of the background turning white when the browser autofills. However, I am seeking a solution similar to the transparent input below.
To achieve the desired effect, apply a box-shadow with your selected background color. Using transparent may not produce the desired result, but you can experiment with setting an alpha value using rgba
input:-webkit-autofill,
input:-webkit-autofill:hover,
input:-webkit-autofill:focus,
input:-webkit-autofill:active{
-webkit-box-shadow: 0 0 0 30px #0F0F0F inset !important;
}
If autocomplete in Firefox and Internet Explorer alters the background, consider adding -moz-autofill and ms-autofill to ensure consistency across browsers
To customize the autofill appearance, simply employ the :-webkit-autofill
selector.
:-webkit-autofill {
-webkit-text-fill-color: #fff;
-webkit-box-shadow: 0 0 0px 1000px #000 inset;
}
