When creating an input field, I always make sure to specify a pattern and set the type to number. So here's what you need to do:

<input type="number" pattern="\d*"/>

If that doesn't work for you, another option is:

<input type="tel">

Although, keep in mind that this method may not work consistently across all browsers.
