CSS Overflow-y problem on Internet Explorer

Having some trouble with IE 11 when it comes to the overflow-y on my website.

When you click on the Chicken with Leeks and Mushrooms recipe in Chrome, the recipe details scroll nicely within the div.

However, in IE it's not working as expected.

If anyone has any ideas, they would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you, Malcolm
