Creating a sleek and dynamic bootstrap navigation bar with alignment challenges

I am facing an issue with the navigation bar I created using Bootstrap. It is not aligning as I want it to. I aim for it to be in line with the first image in the photo menu, which opens when you click on the camera icon. This alignment is important to me across all screen sizes. I have attempted adjusting margins, but I don't believe it is the most effective solution as it did not scale down smoothly.

Your code currently has a .container wrapping your .container-fluid, which defeats the purpose of using a fluid container. To fix this, remove the innermost fluid container and replace the outermost container with a fluid container. The snippets below demonstrate the difference between the two approaches.

To create responsive elements, it is important to avoid setting a specific width or at least only set the width at certain breakpoints.

For example, both .photo-menu and .nav-bar have fixed widths. You can make .photo-menu width: auto and adjust its position to relative. For .nav-bar, you can set max-width: 415px.

Utilizing the column classes provided by Bootstrap (col-lg-x, col-md-x, col-sm-x, col-xs-x) can also be very beneficial. More information on this can be found here: http://getbootstrap.com/css/#grid
