Conceal Element without Eliminating from the Design

Need a solution: I have specific icons to display for certain elements, but not all.

However, when hiding the icon, I want the spacing of the element to stay consistent.

Is there a method to conceal an image within an element while preserving its allocated space?

Answer №1

The CSS property visibility:hidden hides the element completely, for example:

.hidden-element {
   visibility: hidden;
}

Alternatively, you can also use opacity: 0 to achieve a similar outcome.
