Center align the mat-expansion-panel material component in a vertical orientation

When working with the mat-expansion-panel component alongside a mat-accordion, I've encountered an issue where the items are not aligning vertically at the center/middle. I'm unsure of the proper method to achieve vertical alignment for the content.

I attempted using vertical-align: middle without success.

Answer №1

Have you tried utilizing If not, consider implementing a padding property in your CSS stylesheet For example:

.mat-expansion-panel-header {
  padding-top: 8px !important;
}

This suggestion may prove beneficial to your situation.
